Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid engagements with Genesis Revolution Group Inc. ("Genesis"). It supplements our Terms of Service and the specific Engagement Agreement you signed.

1. Service nature

Genesis sells custom professional services: design, configuration, deployment and operation of AI agent teams, custom websites and concierge landing pages. Once we begin work on a paid engagement, hours and resources are committed specifically to that Client. This Policy reflects that reality.

2. Cooling-off window (before work begins)

You may cancel an engagement and request a full refund of fees paid within seven (7) calendar days of the signed Engagement Agreement, provided that work has not yet started. To request a cooling-off refund, email contact@genesisrevolutiongroup.com with the engagement reference. Refunds under this clause are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval.

"Work has started" means we have allocated team time, initiated configuration, scheduled the kickoff, or otherwise incurred direct project costs. We will tell you in writing if work has started so the position is clear.

3. After work has begun

Once work has begun, fees paid are non-refundable, except as expressly described in this Policy. The reason is that our services involve immediate professional work, third-party costs and reserved capacity that we cannot reclaim.

You may still cancel an active engagement with fifteen (15) days' prior written notice as set out in our Terms of Service. In that case:

4. If we fail to deliver

If Genesis materially fails to deliver the Services described in the Engagement Agreement and does not cure the failure within a reasonable cure period after written notice, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund of fees paid for the undelivered portion. We honor our ninety (90) day post-launch warranty described in our Terms.

5. Disputed charges (chargebacks)

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at contact@genesisrevolutiongroup.com. We will respond within five (5) business days and try to resolve the issue directly. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may delay resolution.

6. Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe / card, Zelle, Cash App, or wire). Processing time depends on the payment provider, typically 5 to 10 business days. Currency-conversion or transfer fees, if any, are deducted from the refund amount.

7. Third-party costs are not refundable

Costs you have paid directly to third parties (e.g., server / VPS, Claude or other AI model usage, domain registrations, hosting providers) are not part of our fees and are not refundable by Genesis. Refund or cancellation of those services must be handled directly with the respective provider.

8. How to request a refund

Send an email to contact@genesisrevolutiongroup.com with: (a) your name and the entity that signed the engagement; (b) the engagement reference or invoice number; (c) the date and amount of the payment; (d) the reason for the refund request. We will acknowledge within two (2) business days and provide a decision within ten (10) business days.
